There is much we wish we could know about Joseph -
where and when he was born,
how he spent his days,
when and how he died.
But Scripture has left us
with the most important knowledge:
who he was -
"a righteous man". (MT 1:18)

When visitors come to St. Joseph Catholic School, they first see the diversity.
After they stay a little while, they see a cohesive spiritual community.

We have an amazing blend of families - ethnically, racially, and socio-economically.
But its the deep unity with one another that sets this school apart.

Given our motto "A School with a Soul, in the Heart of Joliet", we strive to unite
head and heart, mind and morals. St. Joseph School supplies character education
for Pre-Kindergarten through 8th Grade within a living Christian community.

Founded by Slovenian immigrants, St. Joseph Catholic School has been serving
working families for more than 110 years.
